Review: iWhite Korea Nose Pack

at 11:09 AM
I think the most common skin problem of men and women alike are nasty blackheads and whiteheads. What causes these impurities? Basically, its due to excess oil secretion and dead skin cells. It's a good thing several products are available in the market to treat this problem. Let's check one out: iWhite Korea Nose Pack. (part of this haul)

Price: Php17.00 (less than 1USD)

Claims to: be a solution that is effective in removing whiteheads and blackheads and eliminates deep-seated dirt, excess oil and other impurities on the nose. It also minimizes the appearance of pores.

Weighs: 3.5g (0.12oz.)

I've tried this way way back when its packaging was still color white. When I saw this in black, I thought it was a different variant. But upon searching the racks, I couldn't see the white one anymore, so I concluded that this is the only variant they're offering now.

Basically, this is a peeling cream. It comes in a creamy formula, but upon drying, it becomes tape-like.

The pack was not tear-friendly, and I had to use scissors to open it.

How to use:

1. Starting with a clean face, apply ample amount of the cream on the nose and spread the solution evenly.

*Apply little by little so you can build up its thickness, but make sure to do this quick before the formula starts to dry up. The thicker, the easier to peel.

Since there still was some product left on my finger, I used it on my chin.

2. Wait for 15 minutes or until it dries.

after 10 minutes

after 15 minutes. time to peel!
The black things you see are bubbles.

3. Peel off from the base of the nose upward. For best results, use 2-3 times a week.

I peeled the outer lines first, then peeled towards the center.

off the chin

voila!

off the nose

tadaa!
Actually, there wasn't much difference but I noticed that my nose was less oily. It still is even an hour has passed. I suppose this should be used consistently to achieve desired results, as suggested by the instructions.

Don't be deceived by the black specks on the peeled off cream. Those are the bubbles I mentioned above. ^_^

It gives off a strong scent I can't describe but I kind of like it. However, I got a cold while using it. I don't know if the scent caused it though.

One pack actually contains a lot of product. I applied it thickly and yet there's still some product left. The pack isn't resealable though so I think it needs to be used immediately because it might dry up. I gave the remaining product to my brother.

Will I repurchase? Yes. Its super cheap and I like the feeling peeling it off. (feeling-peeling.. Hahaha. Corny.)

Would you give this a try lovelies? Or have you found your happy blackhead remover thing? Do share! :)
